Humanization health: the knowledge and application closing of technical professional relationship-user?

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between health professionals/users at the government in the context and the reflection of this context in training and subsequently in the clinical practice of these professionals. From a theoretical approach, humanization is taken here as a concept, as a political practice and as a target and an ideal to be achieved in interactions between professional/patient. With regard to the ethical and professional training in the health field as well as the use of new technologies available in today's market and its application in the Brazilian public health system are treated here, though, some of the biases that can awaken a new way of understanding for the false arguments that still survive and still deny this extremely necessary dimension that is the humanization of the field of public health. The importance of this research lies precisely in the maintenance of this important discussion in the current scenario, seeing this as an extremely vital topic for the realization of the qualitative changes desired by the users of public services for health in Brazil. Finally, it is expected that this study will serve as a tool to inspire other forms of interaction between health professionals and patients, all guided by the principles of humanization.
