REFLECTIONS ON DIVERSITY IN THE CONTEXT OF LEARNING IN THE SCHOOL SPACE
Abstract
This bibliographic article seeks to reflect on the importance of diversity in the context of learning, encouraging educational processes as a form of social inclusion and enrichment of values in today's society. Thus, it is necessary to search for theoretical foundations in the educational and social environment, formed through the actions of teachers and managers who seek every day to recognize the rights and duties of the various social groups found in the school environment. It is also emphasized that discussions about different realities enable the elaboration of a methodology that encourages respect, coexistence and acquisition of knowledge. It is expected that this article will contribute to the growth and knowledge of future professionals in the area, who should collaborate with the community organization. The study in question is the result of the authors' experiences, enabling the encounter between the concepts of diversity and educational learning.
