It is true that men and women can be victims of harassment in the workplace. However, the focus chosen to be addressed in this article is in relation to women, because they are the most offended. Based on an analysis of Brazilian Law nº 14.457/2022 and art. 4, item III, letter “c”, of Brazilian CNJ Resolution nº 351/2020, this article aims to investigate the extent to which restorative circles can contribute to a safe and healthy work environment for women. Therefore, this text, developed through a bibliographical survey and normative analysis, deals with forms of accountability, prevention and coping with harassment, which converges with the proposal to discuss accessibility and diversity in the context of Labor Law.
