The child marriage is a recurrent evil in societies, since disinformation, social pressure or even the will for freedom when speaking louder drive children and young people to unite forming a conjugal bond. This directly impacts national civilist legislation and the course of the trajectories of each person who marshes before completing the marriage age (16 years). Main objective is to investigate the impacts caused by Law No. 13.811/19 and how is the flow of premature marriages on Brazilian soil and internationally. The analysis from survey qualiquantitative, basic nature, explanatory and descriptive, whose method is deductive, using bibliographic, survey and ex-post-facto procedures.
